Shipping & Returns


We dispatch orders within 1-2 days (Monday – Friday). During peak periods this may take longer.

You can follow your order with the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation, which you get by e-mail as soon as we dispatch your order.

• Orders to Finland will typically be delivered within 1-3 work days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

• International orders will typically be delivered within 3-8 work days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

For orders outside of the EU, extra charges (sales tax and customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs charges. Please check your home country's import regulations before you place your order as these charges are at the receivers expense.  All orders overseas are tracked where possible. Please note our default postal service is GLS or POSTI.


If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible. In this case, the consumer will be given the option and has a right to terminate the agreement, free of charge. Mifuko will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination.

Mifuko is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Should there be delays with the logistics company Mifuko cannot be held liable.


If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the arrival of your order. Please contact shop(at) and once we receive the returned order, we will issue you a refund. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny a returned item should it no longer appear salable or does not meet our return standards.

Please let us know if you prefer a refund or replacement. Mifuko will cover the shipping fee for sending you your new item.

If your shipment is lost or stolen we will do everything possible to assist you. However, we cannot be responsible for missing packages if the shipper can verify delivery to the shipping address.
